I called a different plumbing company a few months ago to clear my tub drain for an advertised $99.  The plumber from this other company tried to snake the drain for a few minutes and then recommended a $600 hydro jetting.   It felt like I was being sold something I didn't need, so I declined the hydro jetting.   After contacting Pacific Drain and Plumbing, they had a guy at my house that afternoon and he cleared the drain with no problems.  I've had no issues with the drain since.
When it came time for a new water heater, I hired Pacific Drain again.  Wayne showed up with an assistant and got to work. Like the guy who cleared my drain (I forgot his name),  Wayne exhibited professionalism and extensive knowledge about his trade.  I would be happy to have Wayne and the pros at Pacific Drain work on any future plumbing needs.

This is one of those businesses you wish you could give more than 5 stars!  My kitchen sink was backed up pretty bad.  I tried all the traditional methods to clear it myself (Liquid Plumr and a plunger) but this time the clog wouldn't clear.  

Having a plumbing problem isn't like remodeling your home.  You don't plan for this so when you need it, you want someone right away.  I went on Yelp and started going through the list but all I got was "wrong area" or "no availability for a week" and other reasons.  

When I reached Pacific Drain, the woman who answered the phone was very nice and helpful.  To save time, I asked if they serviced my area and if they could send someone today and she told me it wouldn't be a problem.  They had a tech in my area and she was going to have him come over after he finished the other job.  She took all of my information and said I would get a call as the technician was on the way.

As she promised, not long after I received a call from the tech, Willy, who told me he was on his way.  And within a few minutes, Willy arrived and went right to work.  Within minutes, he had found the cause of the clog and was able to break it up and my drains were working great with no problems.  Willy was fast, efficient, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.  He explained everything he did and make sure I understood as well as let me know to contact them again if I started having problems again.  

I thought I was going to spend all day trying to find a plumber who could come out to my area on the same day but I contacted Pacific Drain and the problem was corrected before noon on the same day.  It just doesn't get any better than that!!!  And VERY fair priced.  I highly recommend their services.

Very very good experience. We called Pacific asking for a representative to come for a consult regarding the septic system on our property.  We needed a professional evaluation on whether it might be cost-effective to go through the process of hooking up to the Escondido City sewer system instead of upgrading our septic system.  Pacific returned my initial call quickly and the rep, Branden was here the next day and on time. He was super knowledgeable and stepped us through what would be for a possible hook-up to the city sewer hook and even a rough estimate on what it might cost us. We are so glad to be able to talk through our concerns and receive a professional opinion. We've used Pacific in the past and we'll continue using them. The sewer pipe from our home to the city sewer line was originally installed in the 40s. It’s made out of tar paper called Orangeburg (cast iron was being diverted to the war effort). It’s served us much longer than expected. But root intrusions and general degradation caused a portion of it to collapse. The folks at Pacific Drain came out and quickly repaired the collapsed section. But they took it an extra step. They repaired our ancient sewer pipe by installing a sturdy epoxy liner inside of it, in under one day. This avoided the disruption of digging up the old pipe and replacing it. Now the pipe is good for another 25 years. Amazing! Their staff did an excellent job, were a pleasure to work with, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Pacific Drain for sewer pipe repair.

I called Pacific Drain and Plumbing for help when my draining washing machine caused two downline toilets to gurgle and some water backed up in a tub. They sent Jordan Kennedy, a Production Technician, out to analyze my problem. It was complicated since my house is over 70 years old - I’ve lived here for over 30 years. He is very skilled at using the modern tools available to scope out the problem: roots and some collapsed pipes at both ends of my house. Jordan carefully explained the issues and the solutions in ways that I could understand. All week long he has kept me informed as the different company teams came to do their specialized tasks. I really felt like I was in the hands of very experienced professionals, and will readily recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

We got a new gas stove and the valve was VERY OLD and corroded so it was literally sitting in the middle of the kitchen because the delivery people said they couldn’t hook it up. I’m on the board for our HOA and use Pacific Drain every time there are issues. I called them up and asked if someone could come out today to fix the valve and hook up our stove and Mike (who was AWESOME ) came out within the hour !! Now THAT is service! Replaced the valve and tested it cause I told him gas scares me LOL. He explained things to me to put me at ease and was just so NICE! You will always be our go-to company!
